UL Classified For Fire and Slip Resistance
Gladiator® Tile Floor Covering is investigated for resistance to fire and is UL Classified in accordance with ASTM E-648 (Standard method for Critical Radiant Flux of floor covering systems using a radiant heat source). Gladiator® Tile Floor Covering is also UL Classified for slip resistance.

Holds Heavy Vehicles: The durable tiles hold heavy vehicles and have a weight capacity rating of 250 lbs. per square inch.

Stain Resistant Material: The premium grade material resists stains from common garage spills including: gasoline, motor oil, anti-freeze, brake fluid, petroleum grease, bleach, lacquer thinner, and common herbicides and insecticides.

Installs Without Adhesives: The interlocking mechanism used to connect the tiles keep the tiles firmly in place on the floor without the need for adhesives.

Under-Vehicle or Wall-to-Wall Installation: Tiles can be placed under vehicles for partial floor coverage or wall-to-wall for full floor coverage.

Installs Easily and Quickly: Wall to wall installation in most two car garages takes only a few hours. Under-vehicle and single stall installations snap together even more quickly with just a rubber mallet. Unlike epoxy and paint, complicated cleaning and preparation, multiple coatings, and curing time between coats and prior to initial use are not required (the floor covering can also be driven on immediately after installation).

Covers Cracks and Stains: Quickly hides unsightly cracks, stains, and chipped or peeling paint. Unlike thin coatings, floor tiles will not crack when new surface cracks in the concrete appear.

Easy to Clean In or Out of the Garage: The tiles can be cleaned in the garage or, if desired, separated into large sections and moved out to the driveway for a thorough cleaning.
