Steel drawers glide on ball bearing slides that are secured to steel inner walls. The steel wrapped body provides strength where you need it in the till, bottom and back of the unit.
A full-length, steel piano type hinge secures the body to the lid and 2 nickel plated steel draw bolts are riveted into the box for added security.
Tough plastic end caps and lid protect the box from bumps and abrasions. End caps also lift the box off the ground to help prevent "road rash" on the bottom of the chest.
The end caps also have molded in side handles for a two hand carry when needed.
